Return Policy

  • You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with any tags still attached.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria or are returned outside the specified timeframe.
     

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team to request a return authorization (RA) number.

  2. Pack Your Items: Securely pack the items you wish to return, including any original packaging and documentation.

  3. Include RA Number: Clearly mark the RA number provided by our customer service team on the outside of the package.

  4. Ship Your Return: Send your return package to the address provided with your RA number. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your peace of mind.

  5. Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
     

Return Shipping Costs
 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. In such cases, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.
 

Exchanges
 

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same process outlined above for returns. Once we receive your return, we will process your exchange and ship the new item to you promptly.
